I would like to know the call flow when call is being made in different scenarios.
++ When call is made from Webex teams, no softphone/Deskphone configured for the user.
++ Call is being made when we click on Webex Teams Call, no matter we are controlling Softphone/Deskphone/TP device.
Is there any way we can collect these calls traces?
I know we can collect traces from MATS tool but still in case we can fetch logs locally and review them.
Export Calling Environment data doesn't show much information, except connection to the Expressway servers.
