Hello Everyone.
We have a customer administrator who have full admin permissions and cant able to add/Remove/Edit the Telephone numbers in control hub . Please assist on this.

Is this customer an wholesale calling org with partner managed calling?
If so adding a TN would require interaction with the partner which would require more than just adding the TN in control hub
