I want to add my contacts from iPhone and have granted full permission, no contacts appear, I try to add manually and get the message below, but I don’t see any contacts at all. Searching produces nothing, What is wrong with Webex app?
“Contacts limit reached
You've reached your limit of 500 contacts. Remove a contact first and then you can add another contact.”

From Cisco’s community, this is typically resolved by:
Confirming iOS privacy settings:
Go to Settings → Webex → Contacts on your iPhone
Ensure Contacts permission is toggled ON
If your device is managed via MDM, sometimes the setting won't apply even if allowed.
The workaround is to delete the Webex app, reinstall it fresh, and then re-enable Contacts access

Hi done all that already still saying no contacts, but cannot add contacts as over 500. It’s not managed, my friend also has the same issue, the system doesn’t work and we can only contact each other.as added when first setup
