We have a number of users on the road who have iPhones and now use the Webex app to make and receive calls. However they are complaining that they cannot access the contacts that are saved on their iPhone via the webex app. is there a way to sync all contacts so that they all show in Webex whether it is used on their iPhone or on a laptop with the Webex app

Yes it is possible.
You iPhone contacts with Webex App. Go to iPhone Settings -> Webex -> Contacts -> Enable.
This will sync all your iPhone contacts with Webex and it will show in Webex App under Contacts -> Local Contacts.

Hi Found out that as we have the phones managed via MDM that we needed to remove webex and re add it in order for the settings to update

Thanks for the information. I should have put on the original message that this is set on the iPhone but still doesn't work ?
