As an organization using the Contact Center Desktop to handle call center, it is very disappointing in terms of reliability. Within the same month, there are multiple of the same issue effecting users from login to Webex CC Desktop (cisco.com). Majority of the incidents are pointing to untrusted certs, causing businesses to go to a halt if they are a call center.
