I'm trying to create a virtual user to represent a department, say sales.
When I call the main number and hit 1 for sales...I want it to play a greeting and then take a voicemail.
In on-prem world, I would forward to a CUC VM Box or Call Handler but unsure how to create a virtual user w/ VM in Webex Calling. I've created a user essentially called sales, but unable to send a call to that user's VM.
