Multi-call window deactivates itself

Hello everyone,

I hope that my post is understandable, because I translate with deepl. So that I can still take calls during a meeting, I always activate the multi-call window function under Settings - Call - Call dock.

I always have to do this again after a few days because it deactivates itself. According to our IT department, this is not controlled by them.

Can anyone tell me why it deactivates? Does this happen automatically with updates? What can I do to prevent it from deactivating?

We have recently started deploying more webex phones to our users and noticed this as well, it seems to effect mostly users with Multiple lines? Too early to say, anyone have a solution for this or an idea of where to look? Registry or WebEx Control hub settings?
