Not activated to use the phoneservice

I have logged in on the phone service in the Webex app for mobile (android), but it says that I'm "for the time being not activatet to use the phoneservice", even though I'm logged in and can use the phoneservice on the app for windows on my computer. Why is that?

I assume you are using cucm phone service on Webex app. In that case create a BOT device for android.
