Webex Connection Issues and Interruptions with DIA Implementation

Hello,

We are experiencing consistent disconnections and interruptions during Webex sessions in our enterprise environment. Our agents are facing these issues every couple of days, which is significantly affecting productivity.

We have implemented SD-WAN and Direct Internet Access (DIA) to allow Webex traffic to bypass directly to the internet. Additionally, we have followed the recommended steps from Cisco to configure Microsoft Edge settings as described here, but the issue persists.

Has anyone encountered similar issues or have any suggestions on what could be causing these disruptions? Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. We are really struggling with this problem and need a solution as soon as possible.
