WebEx Question About Square Beside Contact Names

What is the Square icon in the red circle on WebEx mobile app? It's by the name of one of my contacts.

Can someone explain what it means/does?

@yhung is correct. It signifies a "new space" that you have been added to. Once you go into the space/message, that icon should clear.
