@AhmedMostafa3856 Please share the format of the phone number in inboundWebhook.Phone variable? Is it country code followed by phone number? E.g., for US it would need to be 1XXXXXXXXXX where XXXXXXXXXX represents 10 digit phone number.

The variable $(n2.inboundWebhook.transid) seems incorrect. It needs to be the variable that contains the number of the customer you are expecting to receive the WhatsApp message from. Try replacing it with $(n2.whatsapp.waId).
