We have a Room Bar Pro and two table microphones, but the other participants can't hear us well during meetings. Are there any settings we should adjust to improve the audio experience? Also, if we want to use the built-in microphone array instead of the table microphones, is it enough to simply disconnect them, or are there additional settings we need to configure to activate the built-in mics?

That’s very surprising since they are excellent microphones. Ensure that the furthest talker is not more than 1.5 meter from the nearest Table Mic Pro.
You can enable the built-in microphone array (coverage up to 4 meters away) and the Table Microphone Pros with xConfiguration Audio Microphones BeamMix Inputs BeamAndExtMics.
If you’re still having issues after that it may be an acoustic / reverb issue in the room that needs to be addressed.

@Jonathan Schulenberg, the existing microphones are Table analog not Pro, so Do they microphones work at the same time with Beams. and if yes, how we can enable it.

The old standard table microphones are a boundary mic, and not capable of doing the beamforming.
They should work fine though, even in a reasonably sized room. Have you checked your audio settings on the codec to see how the mics are set, and if someone may have turned them off, or adjusted the gain?

@Wayne DeNardi I think my question is not clear, let me rephrase it: Can these microphones work with the Webex Bar Pro built-in mics? If yes, how can we enable them?
