Cisco Webex Desk Cam

Hi all,

I use a Cisco Webex Desk Cam and the setting for the  camera with the desk cam app will not be saved.

Every time I start my notebook the setting for the camera (zoom and camera angle) are set to default. Is that normal? Why are the settings not saved?

Hello Thomas, I have installed the latest version of the app V2.30101.10

No, it is not normal. My settings are saved just fine (windows user).

Have you checked so you are not on an early software that might be behind this?
