Good Day,
We have WebEx desk pro endpoints when registered to cloud, the video quality and streaming for any shared video is good.
but when registered to on-premise CUCM , the video quality and the shared screens quality become too bad.
Please any steps or recommendation to enhance the quality for on-premise for (End point, CUCM or network devices)

Does the call flow through expressway ?
If yes There is a bandwidth setting on expressway. Check that too.

the two endpoints registered on CUCM same region
the call flow Endpoint1 - CUCM - Endpoint2

Since it on-prem and directly calling between two end points there shouldn't be such issues.
