Connecting Cisco with Teams

Hi,

We have Cisco device in our research center. Question is can we connect Teams call with Cisco device or is it only for webex meetings?

There are different options depending on what the device is. If it's an older Webex device (SX/MX) you would need CVI/VIMT, which is a gateway service. Newer (but not newest) you would have that option plus WebRTC. The latest and greatest endpoints actually will support native MS teams protocol. Cisco devices and participants with devices in Personal mode invited to a Microsoft Teams meeting can join the meeting directly from the Webex app or their device with One Button to Push (OBTP), or by dialing directly into the meeting
