Content Sharing Issue

Hi Team,

I have Cisco Webex Board PRO 55 device. in this device i have selected Beta Version. in this scenario when i connect call its audio & video working but Can't Share Laptop Presentation. pls help i have 8 device, all are showing same problem.

Are you connecting wired or wirelessly? If the latter you need proximity sharing to be enabled - have you checked?

As per your solution, Checked Proximity sharing setting and its enabled. Wired or wireless both ways we are facing the same issue. Both ways SHARE IN CALL option is not highlighted and only DISMISS option is highlighted.
