Desk Pro as USB Hub with Macbook Pro?

The Desk Pro is touted as an all-in-one docking station. However, none of the USB devices plugged into it are registered by my Macbook Pro 16. Is this supposed to work?

Hello,
Currently, the Desk pro functions that can be passed via the USB-C connection are primarily for media features (using the device as a USB camera, speaker, microphone). Future updates will potentially bring some peripherals such as keyboard / mouse pass through but that is TBD.

It is strongly recommended:
Desk Pro enables HDMI output, which can be used to connect to a larger screen or projection.
Desk Pro USB-C adds network port conversion (laptop is connected to Desk Pro's wired network via USB-C)
USB-B of Desk Pro can be connected to mouse, keyboard, etc.
