Desktop App Keeps Shutting Down

When I open the Webex desktop application on my PC, it will only stay open if I'm actively using it for a meeting or message. I want it to stay open so that I can see message notifications or requests, but the app keeps closing down. Is there a setting I can use to fix this?

Hello,

My suggestion would be to do a complete uninstall of the Webex Desktop App (using the Cisco WDL uninstaller tool) and then reinstall and test away. I have provided a few links to help you complete this action should you choose.
