You can enter into a call dialing in trough the Touchpad (https://help.webex.com/en-us/7yxpa9/Join-a-Webex-Meeting-from-a-Video-System)

or

You can pair you laptop with the Webex RoomKit and dail into the meeting using the Webex app on the computer (https://help.webex.com/en-us/nf29igm/Webex-Manually-Connect-to-Cisco-Webex-Devices).
