So, I have a Cisco hs 730-15u headset. Connectivity is great. It is connected to my computer and my iphone and I have no issues using either. My problem is that the left side of the headset really hurts my ear. I've tried flipping the headset, and it helps a little, but not much. Has anyone encountered this and if so, did you find a solution?
