Registering Cisco ATA 191 as a workspace device

RFC_2549
Level 1
Level 1

Hello,

I was thinking to register a few Cisco ATA 191 on Webex Calling as a workspace device but about this scenario I have a few questions:

1) I see on Webex Calling that for registering a device for a workspace area I can only use the QR code or the activation code (so no mac address option), is it possible to use one of these code for registering an ATA or I need to register it as a device associated to an user?

2) If an ATA is registered on Webex as a workspace device, can I still associate to it 2 different lines?

Thank you and kind regards

When you add a workspace (no user) you should have the option to add devices (Cisco IP Phone).  I just did it in the screenshot.

The primary line can be it's own number but the 2nd line would be a shared line.
