Brand new out of the box system. Room navigator will not communicate with media server. IP address of media bar is entered however the "Connecting" indicator continues. Bottom of screen shows "Could not connect to target system. Wrong target system or turned off?" Software version of room navigator: ce 9.14.02 4d131c0c3dd 2020.10.05. Software version of media bar: ce 9.14.3 ecb8718a646 2020.10.06. Does each device need the same software version in order to communicate? If so, how is the software version updated on a private network?
Also, on the PoE injector should there be a LED indicating a good room navigator connection and a good connection from the media server? The only LED shown is for power when plugged in. Is it possible to have a faulty PoE Injector?
