Team status on Webex teams

Good day - I can no longer se when my colleagues is on line or off line or on a call.  I have restarted Webex teams but still no indication.

Also you might want to check the Health Checker from the Help menu. If everything looks good here. In the bottom of this same window, there’s also a database status, and allow you to reset the database, you might want to try that as well.

Hi,

  Possible that they turned-off their availability status by unchecking Settings > General > Show availability and status? Do you see your self-status correctly? Just click on Help > Health Checker to see the connectivity to Webex cloud.
