Good morning all, I have an issue with the app on my phone , we are new as a company to webex, my 2 colleagues have no issues with the app on their phone but mine keeps crashing when i try and connect or I have my ear phones in (I cannot hear them), we also cannot transfer a call to a colleague how do we do that rather than asking the customer to call in again which is not acceptable. Hold someone can help esp. with mobile. oh phone is Samsung 7 edge, have checked mobile updates none, have uninstalled webex 3 times now, just in process of updating webex as there is an update on the system.
