Webex Room Device - turn off auto zoom

Is there a way to turn off the auto zoom for the room devices? We'd like to have manual control or at least have it set to always show the entire room. Webex Room 55

Hi,

I think you are talking about the speaker tracking option. You can disable the speaker tracking option so that the device will not zoon to the active speaker.

You can disable it in multiple ways.

From the touch controller:

1	Select Camera in the upper right corner.
2	Toggle Speaker Tracking on or off.
3	Tap anywhere outside the menu to exit.

From the touch panel, you can turn off Best Overview under Camera Settings ( the camera icon in the top right) and you can also configure a preset for the full room view
