Does a Panelist in WEBEX Events have to have an account?

I know you need to havce an account to host and set up an EVent, but do you need to have an account to be given the role of Panelist?

@belinda.misali , no Webex account/license is needed for the panelist. The host can promote any attendee to the panelist-role.
