Error in saving Polling Results

WebEx Event/Polling users: I conducted polling with a mix of single choice questions and short answer questions. I saved the 'All Poll Results.txt' file before ending the event. Then I could see the results of all the single choice questions (% of how many clicked on each option), but the written answers to the short answer questions (Qns 7 below) do not appear except in a %. Any fix to this?

What I see:

"A.Strongly agree 128/253 ( 51%)

B.Agree 108/253 ( 43%)

C.Neutral 5/253 ( 2%)

D.Disagree 0/253 ( 0%)

E.Strongly disagree 0/253 ( 0%)

7.Any other feedback or suggestions?

Other 18/253 ( 7%)"

Where are my short answers to the "Other" answer?? Was this a glitch? :(

Thanks for your post - 

I have noticed this behavior when I save the "group" results.  Next time when saving, make sure in the "Save as type" individual results is selected.
