[Error 5620] Group not found with this external ID- VoicePortal Update

Hi All,

I am using the API 'https://webexapis.com/v1/telephony/config/locations/<locationId>/voicePortal from 

https://developer.webex.com/calling/docs/api/v1/location-call-settings-voicemail/update-voiceportal

I am getting the error "[Error 5620] Group not found with this external ID : <locationid>"

If anyone has idea about it please let me know which validation raises this exception and if any step missed in the provisioning.

@Abhishek-Singh28 you can use this API https://developer.webex.com/calling/docs/api/v1/location-call-settings/enable-a-location-for-webex-calling to enable Calling for a Location and here is the guide for how to check the same in Control Hub https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/njvdjf2/Configure-Webex-Calling-for-your-organization .

@Abhishek-Singh28 can you check if the location is enabled for Webex Calling? That's when usually that error message is thrown.

Thanks a lot for your direction. How do I enable location [ which api ] and how can I validate if the location is enabled for webex calling please under control hub
