Solved: Education Connector and 40.9 Upgrade?

Hi All,

Has anyone had any experience using Education Connector in BB or Canvas (any LMS, really) before and after the 40.9 update? I can't find any information on how the update will/won't affect our LMS integration, and I'd appreciate any insight from someone who has already experienced it. Thanks!

Hello! We've had the Edu Connector (in Canvas) for some time. The 40.9 update does not affect the LMS integration. It only affects the meeting experience/features, recording settings, and scheduling features in your your account at xxx.webex.com. All of these changes are outside of the LMS integration. Updates to the Edu Connector are separate from those in Webex Meetings.

Unrelate note, but perhaps useful: We have found that students using a mobile device need to update their apps to the more recent version in order to participate in breakouts.
