How do I install Education Connector?

Can anyone tell me how to install Education Connector? We'll be using WebEx from within the Moodle platform.

I am implementing the Webex plugin for my organization's Moodle but it requiring an adminstrator account.  
I have a WebEx Meeting (free plan).  Who can inform the type of account that is needed to have an administrator account that we can use the Webex plugin within our Moodle?

You need admin access to deploy the Webex Education Connector as per the documentation provided earlier and that's available via a paid Webex account.
You can either purchase online at webex.com or ask your preferred Cisco partner (full list on Partner Locator, see https://locatr.cloudapps.cisco.com/WWChannels/LOCATR/openBasicSearch.do) and ask for the discounted Edu offer if you're purchasing for a school

Good Morning,
I was following the recommended guide but I get stuck at the first point.
I registered for WebEx Meeting (free plan) and I don't know if my account gets in Webex Site Administration or Cisco Webex Control Hub. In any case I don't have any account either for Site Administration or Control Hub. I don't even find how to sign up for that logins. Browsing solution on internet doesn't answer my questions.
Can you provide some support please?
