Good morning World
At level 3 isolation in New Zealand we are still doing distance learning. We have setup our teachers using the free version of webex meetings and it is working very well. We are starting to hit 1gig of recordings and staff are downloading and deleting. How long does it take for the storage reset to kick in and they can record again.?
thanks
Stuart

Hi,
The deleted recording files appear for up to 30 days in your Deleted Recordings folder which consumes your storage space. To permanently delete all recordings, follow the procedure mentioned in below URL:

Hi Stuart,
Thanks for your note. I hope things in New Zealand are well. It looks like a beautiful place to visit!
I believe the problem may be that the recording are not being permanently deleted which may be occupying storage space. https://help.webex.com/en-us/1fbpth/Delete-or-Recover-Your-Own-Cisco-Webex-Recordings
Try that and see if it helps!
Cheers,
Richard

I have deleted many recordings, then permanently deleted the recordings from my trash, but the system is still saying I have 0gb of available space, and is not allowing me to record new meetings.
Update: Available storage space updated after about an hour, so there obviously is a slight delay.
