We use Webex integrated in the LMS at our institution. A question has come up about how the "Office Hours" scheduler is set up.
When setting your available times it seems like teachers can only set times during the week that you are available--or better yet they can only set times for a "general week" that is then applied to all weeks beyond.
So when students go to the "Office Hours" tab to make appointments they can scroll ahead to any week in the future and make their appointment. The question is about whether it is possible to schedule availability (or when you are not available) out ahead on the teacher's end.
For instance this Labor Day I had teachers who usually hold office hours on Mondays, but they were not planning to offer times due to the holiday. And this could apply to any conflict that a teacher has out ahead of the current week.
Any way to do this?
