"Can't join meeting. You've tried to join this meeting to many times"

Hi All,

We are slowly seeing more and more reports of students on iPads getting an error that says "Can't join meeting. You've tried to join this meeting to many times"  

I tried updating Webex and iOS.  Nothing we do seems to get rid of this error.  What could be causing this?

We've had one student report this issue and when we looked at the meeting in Control Hub, it showed the student had joined and left a meeting 5 times.  Control Hub all show a normal exit for each session so not sure why the student left so often but it looks like after 5 times, they are not allowed back in the meeting.

Never heard of this, and we have a lot of iPad users. What is your site version?
