Webex Educonnector “service unavailable” for several students in D2L Brightspace

We are having issues with some students being able to join a meet through the Brightspace-Educonnector integration.  They receive a “service unavailable” message when clicking the join button.  If the teacher sends them the meeting information directly they can access it.

I can't find any consistency in why they are being denied the service based on a browser or device.  Other students are able to access without issue.

We have seen a few issues over the last year or so but don't recall if this particular one was one of them. You've maybe tried it already, often we found clearing cookies or making sure the all the relevant ones were being allowed sorted our issues out.
