Webex meetings connecting problem

I have problems connecting to Webex Meetings.

I disable the firewall, I check the hosts file but there is nothing in my mind I can do more.

Also I update Java, google chrome has the latest update and I check FIPS and it is 0

any help please?

I downloaded webex tracer and this is the problem
