In my team we have regular meetings via Webex (4-12 participants), one of the participants is having hearing difficulties. It's necessary to have audio and video in sync to be able to participate in discussions (lipsynchronization so mimic of the speaking person can be seen in sync with the audio). A second need is to have the speaking person in the largest position with their video.
Are there best practises to keep audio and video keep in sync?
What is the best way to keep the speaking people in the largest position on the screen?
