Cannot see shared content in a webex meeting from the SX20

Hello,

When I join a webex meeting from the SX20 dialing the <meeting no>@<my site>.webex.com all is working fine except I cannot see the presentation (screen sharing content) from other webex attendee (which shares the screen using the webex meetings windows app).

All I see is the presenter’s video stream (from his webcam), not the content he’s sharing.

The SX20 is updated to software version ce9.12.3 and it's registered to CUCM sw ver11.5.1.10000-6 and using ExpresswayC/E X8.9.1.

What do I need to do/change/update to see the webex meeting presentation from the SX20?

Hi,

looking at the description of the issue, it seems that BFCP (the protocol that is used to establish / control a content sharing session) is being blocked somewhere along the path between the SX20 and Expressway-Core, Expressway-Core and Expressway-Edge and/or Expressway-Edge and Webex.
