Changing user when logging into a Webex via a URL

Every time I log into a Webex using a URL, it automatically logs me in with a specific userid and displays the initials in the login window.  How do I change that userid and initials?  As a workaround, I have to close the login box and click on the link, 'Join from your browser' and that asks me to enter my name and email address.  Then the new login window now displays my proper initials and I join the call.

Hi mhmason,

It uses your profile's First and Last names' initials to populate the avatar as shown below. You can change your First and Last names from your profile, sign out, sign back in and the initials in the avatar will be updated.

It seems like your profile's SSO is cached within the browser and has T as the First name's initial while A for the last name.

That is why when you logout and join the meeting from the browser, it uses your form's entries to populate the avatar at runtime.
