When I schedule a meeting in my personal room, the room name is always, automatically, placed into the Subject of the meeting. I have to cut it from the subject and paste it into the Location each time. How do I arrange for the name of the room to be placed in the Location, where it belongs, rather than in the Subject of the meeting?
