Webex Audio Issue

Hi

some users in same lan cant connect Audio in webex, and others can

When they try to connect , the process only still trying........then give mgs error : "çant connenct to the audio'

All laptop have same OS win 10

Please assist

much like smartphones, Windows10 also offers tools to manage Software-Access to devices like webcams or microphones etc.
Perhaps you may want to check these settings..
