Attendees joining before allowed in Meeting scheduling

We have had instances of attendees joining meetings as much as 40 minutes before the scheduled start of a meeting, meaning we lost the ability to edit the meeting. Does anyone else have the same issue or any suggestions on how to solve this?

You may try to use this meeting-option:

(sadly I have no idea, why it´s greyed out for me... probably because I just use a free webex-account?)
