I installed the Webex player in 4 workstations. The user use the Webex Player to open a .WRF archive to watch and listen the training. In all station the audio is working in speakers, but in 2 of them the audio doesn't work in USB Headsets. The user has already tested other headsets. The user tried to use the headset from stations that were working. I already made others chanced in the OS. For example, choosing to have the sound only come out through the headphones but It didn't work.
Some suggestions ?
