Customer hosted a Webex Meeting but did not have a chance to save the Chat window information when he ended the meeting. Is there any way to retrieve the Chat messages once the meeting is over? I do not think it was recorded. Thanks

When I call into a meeting before the host joins, I am not being asked for the Attendee ID. This places me into the meeting as an Unverified User. How can this be remedied?
