Webex: I cannot see other people's screen when they share. It is stuck on the "____ is starting to share" note. When I try to share screen it also doesn't work. Can you help?

Is there a way of recovering the recording of a meeting? When the recording was finalized, I received a notice that there had been a problem and I could not get hold of the recording.
