Hard to tell from just that picture. Does it only occur with the presentation, not the main video feed? Do you have access to the control hub so you could look into the diagnostics and see if you find something obvious? (packet drop, poor bandwidth...)
In the past, those who had this issue updated the graphics driver on their laptop and never saw the issue again. Not sure what graphics driver you have, but here is the link to the Nvidia official drivers downloads. - https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
