Our customers really like the CWMS Blast Dial feature and I was wondering if Blast Dial is on the roadmap for cloud Webex? If not, any suggestions for alternatives that mimic Blast Dial?
Our customers like the fact they can call one number and it calls multiple person's cell phones and will continue to call up to the allotted amount of times if no answer etc. Could this scenario be accomplished with teams and webex calling say via the teams mobile app?
