Bluetooth headset at webex session does not work correct after a while

Hello, 

I am using webex with my MPOW bluetooth headset, which works at any application. Excepting webex, after a few minutes, webex refuses the microphone of my headset with the information that it does not work correctly. Is this a known issue?

i have the same problem - but with a wired headset via usb-port. I tried on different ports, on all i have the problem.

I have this issue too - combined with speaker settings changing when a new presenter shares their screen.

Hi,

Trying using
- a wired headset (or use the MPOW headset with the 3.5 aux cable)
- another bluetooth headset
& see if you still get the same issue.
This will narrow down the situation.
