Bug: 100% zoom is not 100% from presenters with high resolution

Even though the zoom is fixed at 100%, the presenter's title bar (and the text, to a lesser degree) is not being presented at 100% of the source. The title bar specifically is clearly not being rendered at 100% of the original. The presenter is on a 4K (3840x2160) resolution and the viewer (where the screenshot was taken) is also 4K. This is a bug.

There is "zoom"-level and there is data-compression. (JPEG? FFT? compression-artefacts?)
I don´t think that Webex (or any other such tool) does offer lossless Video in real-time.

Perhaps you may want to try using a lower screen-resolution which will reduce the amount of data that needs to be compressed and transmitted which may allow the codec to use a lower compression rate.
(and make sure to select "optimize for text and images" when sharing content)
