Call Fails after entering Web-Ex Code

Calls are consistently failing after I enter a meeting code.  This only started to happen after work from home mandate was put in place.  Nobody else that I work with is having this problem.  I use an Iphone 11 on Sprint.  HELP.

Hi,

If it is just you who is having call drop issue, then try to isolate the problem:

  • Is this happening when you join calls from your cell phone carrier (Sprint)? Do you have good carrier signal?
  • Is this happening when you join from your cell phone using mobile meeting client with cellular data?
  • Are you connected to home wireless network on your cell phone?
  • Is your wireless network stable? Do you have enough bandwidth?
