I am using Webex version 42.2.** but I can´t enable the close caption function.

Someone could use the close caption function in similar version?

This may need to be enabled for your account.  The licensing/permissions have to be added to the Webex site and then your Control Hub Administrator has to check that it's assigned to your account.
